April 6 6:00 pm

So here is the entire group at the Nativity Scene in front of our church December 07. We so enjoy this. Just looking at this makes me smile. Hope you do.

Just visited Neil. He started on the trach collar at 4:30. During the visit he wore the speaking valve. He was able to tell his everyone hello. Before we left he sang several songs which made us laugh. His sense of humor is amazing. All his vitals are great. We are so encouraged with his progress. We cannot wait to see him at 8:30. Please pray for Neil's lungs.

Please pray for the full recovery of Sue Shelton, Shannon Jones, John Waters and our other friends her. Both Sue and Shannon are having good days. Sue, Shannon and Neil are all using the trach collar. Sue is usually on the trach collar 6-8 hours a day. Shannon will be on the trach collar for 4 hours today. What great progress!!!!

This afternoon for lunch, friends came up and cooked lunch in the parking lot. What a view out the 6th floor window here in the waiting room. It looked like the best "tailgating party" you have ever seen. Instead of yelling for our favorite team, we were going "Go Neil, Go Sue, Go Shannon". These sweet friends cooked for all our friends here in the waiting room. My goodness, we are blessed with the best cheerleaders in the world. Thank so much to each of you for your love and support.
