***Last year we took a trip to New York to see the Yankees play. It was raining but went through Memorial Park inside the stadium!
We just visited with Neil. He is responding to the ventilator setting of 45 PEEPS. John, day nurse, said he would be adding some medication as Neil's blood pressure is a bit high. Dr. Vermillion will be around this afternoon for the surgery. Please keep Neil's lungs in your prayers.

Lucia and everyone; I saw James Ware (Dallas County DHR) this morning and he said to let you know that you're in his thoughts and prayers. Also, my neice in New Zealand is praying for all of you. I've sent a request to almost everyone on my email list. Be tough! You're loved.

I love the picture of Kenneth and "Lucia's baby boy" as Kenneth so lovingly calls him when he gets a bit out of hand. Neil, I can't wait to see that smiling face again. You continue to be in my heart and on my mind every day. You have a large group pulling for you and surrounding the family with love and prayer. I think you would appprove of the support. As your daddy told you the other night, "keep digging baby". We love you.

Hey Lucia and family, my thougths and prayers are with you always. I am praying hard for all of you especially during the surgery this afternoon. He sounds like a very strong man. Just wanted you all to know that my family and I pray for Neil and all of you every day. We have him on our prayer chains at every church in Brantley and on all of our email contacts. We will certainly be saying extra prayers today for the surgery he is facing. God IS the Great Physician!!
