March 12 7:40 am

I just called the night nurse before he left for the day. He said, Neil's night was just fine". We are so very encouraged. Our hope and prayer is for "uneventful" and "boring". We just know if Neil can have a couple of days like that his lungs will be able to begin the healing process. Thank you all so much for all you are doing. We are such a blessed family. Please continue to pray for Neil's lungs and the Andress family. (We have heard there is an article in the Troy Messenger. A reporter called us yesterday or the day before and wanted an update on Neil's progress. )

So great to hear that Neil's night was fine. I'm still praying for his lungs. Just remember that if anyone can overcome this, Neil can. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Lucia,
Story, headlined "Family feels 'blessed' as crash victim recovers" can be read online at www.troymessenger.com.

That newspaper is printed in our building, so I'll save you some copies.

Have another great day.

We are so thankful Neil is having better days and is improving. We continue to be thankful for each baby step! Do not worry about the Conference on Friday as it is in good hands... we are all getting very good at playing your role althought it takes several of us to make one of you :) Social Worker's are wonderful people in that they ask LOTS of questions and are very informed about what is happening. You are very skilled. We continue to pray for Neil, DeAnn, your family and the Andress family. Keep up the good work!
