March 23 6:00 pm

Just visited Neil. He is having a good Easter. He is having to cough and that is difficult. The good news is he can tell the nurse how to help him. He continues to respond well to the ventilator. DeAnn is getting a bit longer visit. SHHHH Do not tell anyone. Yea!!!!!

Please pray for Neil's lungs.

Sue is having a good Easter. Please continue to pray for her recovery. Please pray for Shannon, Brian, Clinton, and our other friends.

I so appreciate you all participating in the miracles with Neil and our other friends. We could not do this without you all.

What a blessed Easter. That was the sweetest story about the Easter baskets!:) Neil and DeAnn have already experienced more in their short time as a couple than many will in a lifetime! I am so proud of both of them! Neil meant he was going to get that apple juice, didn't he? What a perfect end to a perfect Easter! Give everyone our love. Melanie, Karl, and Ashleigh

God says he will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.

Easter was, as it is to most of us, one of Nancy’s favorite holidays. But today I could not mourn for her. It would be completely selfish of me. As I read of your sunrise service, I
realized what a most magnificent sunrise service Nancy is attending. I didn’t wish her
here. I wished me there.

I also had my thoughts on Neil. The bible says,”But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.” Healing is yet another promise that was so evident today. Spring brings regrowth, new beginnings.
We claim this for you, Neil. We claim this for you. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sounds like you had a wonderful Easter and continue to be blessed. I have been following the blog daily and am so encouraged by Neil's progress. Those numbers you report on keep getting better and better. How wonderful that you all are able to communicate with each other. Hope you all have a wonderful week! Yeah! Yeah! What a glorious Easter!
Keep plugging Neil! We'll lift a special prayer tomorrow for the surgery and your new "umbrella".
Love to all!
