March 29 6:30 pm

This is a wonderful picture that illustrates Neil to a T! We have been race fans for years and he had been at Talladega since Friday and had failed to take a bath since Friday. This picture was taken of him, Raeann and Rose on Race day Sunday Morning!

Just visited Neil. He has had a good afternoon. His dad had a "cheat" visit from about 4:30 until regular visiting time. Shhh!! We do not want to upset anyone. His oxygen sat is 96 so he is doing very well taking some breaths and letting the ventilator supply the pressure. Neil is now able to pick up each leg a bit. His range of motion seems to increase by the hour. We continue to be so encouraged. Please pray for Neil's lungs.

Please pray for the full recovery of Sue, Shannon, Brian and all our other friends. We are sending love to each of you for your prayers and support.

Is there anyway to donate blood specifically for Neil? I went to donate at the Troy Walmart today but they were already closed. I thought it might be helpful if we could donate just for him if we were a match. There might be a holding time on blood, I'm not sure but it's something worth looking into.

Neil, Grandmama says, with all the miracles and all the prayers
that are being answered, God has
you cradled in his arms and He is
not going to let you go. He is going to make you well. So Grandmama says HooRay for Neil,
Good job. I love you and Deann
so very much.

Neil, I heard JD and Jerry brought you a little som'n today! Wish I could have seen your smiling face when they dropped it by (even if it should have been orange and blue)!!! Lucia and DeAnn (and of course Uncle Louis) I hope Mother's visit today was as enjoyable for you as it was for "Hunny" and Gracie. I heard the stories all the way home! FYI- You should crown Neil "King" to go along with the "Queen." What could be more fitting for such a royal bunch!?! Truly a day for celebration!!!! We love you all, Kristi, Hunny, & Gracie
