March 7 8:48 pm

Oh my, I could not wait. We just saw Neil. Neil's oxygen sats are at 96!!!!!!!!!! We are being blessed with another miracle. I cannot tell you the celebration in our hearts. I am so very proud of the job my young man in doing. Your prayers and love are making a huge difference. Bless you all. Please share this good news and hug the nearest person to you. The oxygen sats at 96 means Neil has longer for his lungs to begin to heal. The infection is massive and will take a long time. He has to have this time in order to continue the healing. My goodness, we love you all. Thank you, thank you so very much.

Lucia - What wonderful news to hear. I pray that God will sustain Neil through the night and that you will receive another positive report in the morning. Thank you for the updates. It is amazing to see all the people who are praying for your family and the Andress family as well. This verse comes to mind:
"Trust in God and lean not on your own understanding." What a reassuring feeling it is to know that God is in control.
Love to your family - Emily Donaldson, Huntsville, AL

Lucia, We are planning to come visit Lauren and the baby in October. Please tell that little stinker of yours (I know, he's not a little stinker anymore but that is the way I think fondly of him) that I would love to see him. I have always loved that young'un! Give him a "smooch" and hug from me! Oh how I used to love to "torment" those guys with the threat of red lipstick on their foreheads! From what I gather, he has kept that wonderful personality that I remember. I know he has a lot of people that love him (and the whole family). I keep updated through the kids, Kathy Smith and this blog and feel the ups and downs with each report. Thank you all for taking the time to do this. I am contacting more prayer groups here in Kodiak and through contacts I have across the world. I have a wonderful friend who works for CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network) and am getting off an email to her. Love to you all and prayers will not stop until he is completely healed.
