March 7 6:00 pm

We just had a visit with Neil. We have the beginning of another miracle. Neil's oxygen sats are back up to 88. Yea!!!!! We are so blessed and thankful. He is responding to the big ole ventilator setting. He has had a unit of blood and a huge dose of steroids. There has not been time for Neil to realize the full benefit of this yet. Therefore, these treatments can sustain him through the night and give his lungs more time to heal. We continue to thank God for the miracles we have not seen yet. We trust they are happening as I write this. I cannot tell you all what a wonderful young man you are praying for. For those of you that do not know him, I cannot wait for you to meet him and know what a delightful sense of humor he has. He is so blessed to have all of these prayer warriors. DeAnn is constant in her faith and encouragement of Neil and all of us. Thank you all ever so much. As you pray for Neil's lungs, please continue to love the Andress family.

Mrs.Grantham and Family,
You continue to amaze and inspire me through your love for Neil, faith in God's will, and thoughtfulness to continue to keep us posted so that we too can share in Neil's progress AND recovery. Although I do not know Neil personally, I can rest assured that if he is anything like Mrs. Grantham, he is a WONDERFUL person and trooper! Hang in there as we continue to pray for you all as well as the Andress family.
Love,
Heather Byrd Middleton

Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you throughout this ordeal. I have put Neil (as well as your whole family) on many of the local Kodiak (Alaska) prayer lists and his name is on all our lips. Will keep checking in ~ Love to you all,

Ms. Lucia, Reese,and Deann-

Just wanted to let you know that Neil has 19 little prayer warriors (2nd graders) with super big hearts praying for his full recovery. After reading your post today around 1:30, we thought it would be best to stop everything and lift Neil's name up in prayer. Although my school children have no idea who he is, they know that God can and has already touched him. We are keeping you and the whole family in our prayers and can't wait to hear about the giant steps that he will be taking soon.
Lots of Love,
Jama Windham Hutchison
