March 5 8:30 am
We spoke with the night nurse, this morning. He said Neil had an OK night. We love OK. He said the doctor will be by to tweak the ventilator. There has not been enough time yet to know how the Xigris is working. We are excited because Neil has been getting this for 17 hours. Reese is at work. Her office has allowed her to work here because they have a state wide computer system. She can visit Neil on her break. DeAnn has been able to go the the gym in the apartment complex a couple of times. She is trying to step up her work out habits to be able to assist the "big boy" as he needs help moving around. I know I repeat this frequently but must say again how much we appreciate your prayers, love and concern. We are so blessed to have all of you supporting us. We have found Neil is on prayer lists all over the country. So many people are sending their love and it matters not that they do not know Neil but have been asked by someone to remember him. This is absolutely humbling and overwhelming. Your prayers are working for Neil and I hope and pray the Andress family is feeling the support all of us are sending them. Cannot wait to update later. We hope all of you have a great day.

So glad to hear things are stable and the doctors seem to be making progressive changes! Love you all and continue to pray each day -- specifically now for the lungs. Just so you know, Tanner and Kate have also been praying for Neil each night -- we had a science lesson last night as we prayed for Neil's lungs! Hope this makes you laugh :)
