June 8, 2008

Hey guys! This is Neil and DeAnn doing the blog tonight. As our time here at Baptist South is drawing to a close, we look back with much appreciation for the many blessings we have received. One of the greatest blessings has been the staff here at Baptist South. It is clear to us that without some of these people the road we have traveled would have been a lot bumpier. Another blessing has been the relationships we have formed with some of the other families here. We both can honestly say that this experience is one that no one should have to go through alone. During our last day (hopefully) here Neil rested well, and we all did a little packing. It's hard to believe that Monday will be 105 days here, but we can think of a lot worse places to be. Once we get settled into HealthSouth we will let everyone know when visiting times are. Please continue to pray for us as we make the big move tomorrow along with skin graph on Neil's abdomen. Goodnight from Baptist South!

Hi Neil & DeAnn,

We are so proud of you and after the move tomorrow we will start planning our trip up there. Let us know what to bring you (bbq corn chips and diet coke). The Creative Services bunch wants to see you because they are so jealous that I already have. I told them you were back to that ole sweek Neil that we love so much. Take care and we will see you in a week.

Love ya,
Ms. Bonnie
